Job Summary

We are in search of compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers with a spirit of entrepreneurship to provide therapy in nursing homes across Nebraska. Responsibilities

  • Conduct rounds at designated nursing homes and provide psychotherapy to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing home staff, residents, and their families.
  • Regularly follow up with patients and evaluate the effectiveness of recommended interventions.
  • Educate on best practices in mental health care.
  • Coordinate with psychiatric providers to integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, prioritizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever feasible.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home setting.
