We are seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship strain, family disputes, emotional distress, and significant life transitions.
As a vital member of our team, your role will extend beyond traditional therapy sessions. You will guide clients in identifying behavioral patterns, facilitating healthier dialogues, and equipping them with practical tools for everyday life. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients in navigating relationship issues, family conflicts, anxiety, stress, and life changes.
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.
- Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth services.
Qualifications
- Current and active LMFT license in New Hampshire.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
- Thorough understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation.
