Bluestem Health is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become an integral part of our healthcare team. This full-time position involves direct patient care within a primary care office, with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to enjoy your weekends and holidays free!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient interviews, measuring vital signs, and meticulously documenting information in electronic health records (EHR).
- Preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
- Setting up treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Assisting in minimally invasive procedures for patients.
- Preparing and administering medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
- Handling general office duties typical of a primary care medical setting.
- Managing medication refills.
- Performing triage as necessary.
