Job Overview

We are in search of a passionate and proactive Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to exceptional patient care and ensure a welcoming and positive experience for every individual. Strong communication skills are essential for thriving in our collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding clinical environment. This is a full-time position operating from one of our esteemed clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency as an LVN, including accurate medication administration, establishing sterile fields, and carrying out equipment disinfection and sterilization effectively.
  • Complete required documentation promptly and accurately in line with company standards.
  • Communicate daily with team members including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators regarding clinical and surgical schedules and anticipate needs accordingly.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes accurately.
  • Ensure that the highest standards of patient care and service are upheld at all times.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to increasing physician patient retention through quality care and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities.
  • Engage in various projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
