Overview

We invite a passionate and dynamic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team, where we uphold the highest quality standards in patient care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about providing exceptional patient experiences and possesses excellent communication skills, crucial for thriving in our collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in one of our premier clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Demonstrate clinical competency in nursing tasks such as accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and effective equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Accurately and timely complete all required documentation in line with company standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes with precision and accuracy.
  • Deliver the highest level of patient care and service consistently.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance patient retention by ensuring the best quality of care and experience.
  • Assist in all aspects of clinical and surgical operations.
  • Exhibit tact and maturity while interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by Clinical Leadership.
