If so, this position is exactly what you are looking for.What will you do as a Product Manager?As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the products and services of Salland Zorgverzekeringen and HollandZorg. You will be the subject matter expert for our supplementary insurance (AV) and basic insurance portfolio (BV), with additional responsibilities for our B2B products and conditions. You will keep our products current, comprehensible, profitable, and future-proof. You will closely monitor market, legal, and sector developments, analyze performance, and translate insights into concrete product modifications, improvement proposals, and functional requirements.You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Finance, Healthcare, BIC, Demand, ICT, and Marketing. Functionally, you will be responsible for implementing product changes and conditions; ICT handles the technical implementation. You will ensure coherence in the chain, ensuring changes are implemented logically, customer-oriented, and comprehensively.Key Responsibilities:Subject matter expert for the AV, BV, and B2B portfolio of Salland and HollandZorg.Monitor market developments, regulations, and analyze product performance.Translate insights into improvement proposals, product modifications, and functional requirements.Develop product proposals and impact documents while ensuring compliance with policy conditions.Work closely with Healthcare, Finance, BIC, and Demand to implement changes accurately and timely.Provide input for marketing propositions, campaigns, and customer communication.Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement possibilities in product quality and compliance.
