As a Litigation Systems Analyst at CGS Federal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a comprehensive technical initiative for a major Federal agency's litigation efforts. Our team is dedicated to harnessing advanced technology to tackle the government's most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government staff and report to the Contract IT Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager to gather requirements and define system and project objectives.
- Create comprehensive system designs that meet specified requirements, including functional and design specifications, programming elements, validation protocols, and data conversion strategies in consultation with Government personnel.
- Convert functional requirements into effective system designs for software development and conduct thorough testing, utilizing sample data.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and specifications.
- Develop necessary systems documentation as outlined in task orders.
- Engage with Government and Contractor staff to clarify task objectives, identify challenges, and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, potentially acting as a technical supervisor or project team leader.
- Regularly report progress to Government staff and superiors.
- Deliver user and technical documentation, alongside training for newly developed systems.
