Responsibilities:

Understanding lender requirements and the application approval process.
Ensuring high-quality data entry and loan packaging.
Prioritizing timely application submissions.
Responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any missing information requested by lenders.
Gathering necessary information and minimizing rework by structuring and submitting applications accurately.
Entering information in CRM systems (ApplyOnline, Mercury & BrokerEngine).
Preparing electronic and manual lodgement application forms.
Compiling all required NCCP documents and attaching them to the customer's CRM.
Collecting and preparing all essential documentation for loan packages.
Reviewing loan application documentation to identify non-compliance and missing information.
Researching applicants' credit statuses and financial positions through thorough review of credit reports and bank statements.
Ensuring compliance with established lender regulations and policies.
Ordering valuations and negotiating pricing discounts.
Preparing supporting documents in a single loan file and submitting applications to lenders.
Completing quality control documentation and checklists.
Preparing and administering Discharge Authority documentation.
Maintaining and improving internal systems and processes.
Updating CRM systems (BrokerEngine).

Qualifications:

This remote role offers the chance to support our Australian team through comprehensive loan packaging, effective CRM management, and settlement coordination. Collaborating closely with a Senior Credit Analyst, you will ensure the smooth progression of deals from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:CRM & Pipeline Management:Oversee and maintain the Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM.Ensure pipelines are organized with precise notes, task tracking, and timely status updates.Facilitate smooth application workflows without delays.Loan Processing & Packaging:Establish new files, providing compliance and administrative support.Prepare and package mortgage applications for submission.Thoroughly check, rename, and organize documents consistently.Identify and rectify any documentation discrepancies early.Compile supporting documentation for submission and internal review.Execute precise data entry across CRM and lender platforms.Pricing & Application Coordination:Assist in pricing inquiries.Prepare and submit AOL (Approval/Authority/Application) packs as needed.Order valuations and monitor their progress until completion.Settlement & Progression Support:Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to ensure files are progressing.Track lender conditions, outstanding items, and settlement schedules.Proactively monitor deadlines and escalate potential issues.Provide regular updates to maintain team visibility.Qualifications:Essential:At least 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or Loan Processor in an Australian brokerage or lending environment.Proficient in using Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM.Demonstrated experience in packaging and submitting mortgage applications.Thorough understanding of Australian lending processes and compliance standards.Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining compliant files.Strong written communication skills in English.Ability to work within Australian time zones and service expectations.Proactive approach with a strong follow-up mentality.Desirable:Experience with debt consolidation processes.
