Role overview

The Local Business Development Manager - Wholesale will focus on growing business across North West England. This position works with wholesale partners such as Bestway, Booker, Dhamecha, and Parfetts, supporting local brand presence and building strong relationships. As part of the customer team, the manager plays a key role in connecting brand strategy to local execution.

Main responsibilities

  • Achieve sales KPIs by increasing customer numbers, improving product displays, ensuring product availability, and managing a local budget.
  • Communicate brand plans and marketing initiatives, ensuring they are understood and implemented at the local level.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide internal feedback on customer and competitor activity.
  • Participate in strategic projects and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior team members, sharing knowledge through store visits and team meetings.

Requirements
