Minimum 1 Year of Experience: Verifiable tanker driving experience. Age: At least 23 years old. Driving Record: Clean MVR and strong safety record. Health Requirements: Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check. Dependability: Safety-minded and able to work independently. Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including 24/7 operations if needed.

Key Responsibilities

As an Owner Operator Driver at Altom Transport, you will play a vital role as both a driver and a business partner. Your responsibilities will include:

Safe Transportation: Transporting chemical and petroleum products using tank trailers while strictly adhering to DOT regulations.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring your truck complies with all inspection requirements and is maintained in excellent condition for successful operations.
Loading & Unloading: Following established procedures for ISO/Flexi-Bag and Tanker operations at loading and delivery sites.
Compliance & Documentation: Keeping accurate logs, submitting necessary paperwork, and following Hazmat regulations.
Customer Service: Professionally representing Altom Transport at all customer locations.
Business Management: Overseeing fuel purchases, trip planning, and scheduling to optimize revenue.
Maintaining a consistent workload by meeting mileage or hour requirements to support the overall success of the operation.
Availability for 24/7 operations when required.
