Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Consultant responsible for the successful implementation of the cutting-edge Rapyuta ASRS solution. This innovative automated warehouse system addresses the challenges of high costs, the need for extensive renovations, and difficulty in layout modifications typically associated with traditional automated warehouses.
- Flexibility and Cost-Effectiveness: Utilizes a unique block structure (glass-reinforced resin) that does not require anchoring for installation, allowing stepwise integration while avoiding existing warehouse supports. This enables easy relocation, expansion, or reduction, facilitating investment decisions with long-term business risks in mind.
- High Performance: Leveraging advanced swarm control AI and the industry's thinnest small robots, we maximize vertical space utilization to achieve up to 10 times productivity and 2.5 times storage efficiency.

As a Logistics Consultant, you will analyze complex logistics and management challenges faced by our clients, leveraging data-driven proposals that maximize the advantages of our advanced swarm control AI and flexible structural design. Your contributions will significantly enhance our customers' operational efficiency and space utilization.
To effectively communicate the ROI and alleviate client concerns, your ability to conduct high-precision simulations will be crucial. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise while providing sustainable value to society across diverse industry logistics environments.
Responsibilities
Solution Proposal and Design (Data-Driven Implementation Plans)
- Logistics Challenge Analysis and ROI Design: Visit client sites to perform detailed analyses of logistics flows, operational efficiency, and volume fluctuations (peak/off-peak) to identify challenges. Calculate specific ROI for ASRS implementation and propose data-backed improvement strategies.
- High-Precision Simulation Execution and Validation: Based on client data, simulate the optimal number of ASRS robots, shelf heights (up to 13 layers), throughput, and elevator placements to validate proposals, ensuring clients understand the content visually and intuitively.
- Solution Design: Utilize the flexible characteristics of Rapyuta ASRS and the strengths of swarm control AI to design optimal workflows, storage systems (up to 2.5 times storage efficiency), and picking station layouts considering existing warehouse constraints (columns, fire compartments, etc.).
- Integration Design with Higher-Level Systems: Define requirements for interfacing with existing systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP, as well as data integration methods like API/CSV, supporting proposals that minimize integration effort and risk.
Implementation Support and Project Promotion
- Requirements Definition and UAT Design Promotion: Collaborate with Field Sales and Business Analysts to create detailed requirements definitions that translate proposals into actionable plans. Lead the design and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementation, ensuring a final verification process for stable operations.
- Operational Logic Design: Engage in designing operational logic, including optimizing inventory placement and adjusting swarm control AI parameters to maximize performance in the field post-implementation.
- Technical and Safety Coordination on Site: Even with an anchoring-free block structure, it is crucial to accurately communicate technical installation requirements to the site, including adjustments for installation and safety measures (e.g., separation of paths with forklifts), as well as server equipment installation requirements (temperature management, space allocation).
