Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Prepare invoices by verifying documentation and approvals. Process and approve invoices using our internal systems such as EyeShare and GACFreightnet. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Manage customer and supplier correspondence. Provide administrative and operational support to the team. Continuously enhance your understanding of operational terminology. Qualifications We Seek:Foundational knowledge in accounting, administration, or a related discipline. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office. Openness to learning new systems and terminology. Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. A positive attitude coupled with a strong sense of accountability.
