The Logistics Project Manager at the-level-group in Milan leads logistics projects from planning through execution. This role focuses on process improvements, performance gains, and delivering a better customer experience across digital and e-commerce logistics. Main responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics flows, including onboarding new carriers, launching new functionalities, analyzing costs and performance, and introducing best practices in warehousing.
  • Collaborate with teams in Tech, Administration, Customer Service, Back Office, Store Management, and external partners to meet targets for quality, cost, and speed.
  • Support customers proactively and resolve logistics issues to maintain high service standards.
