What Will You Be Doing?

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a tight operation? In this role, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, quickly, and accurately during the morning shift. Your day starts early (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), and you will be responsible for a team of approximately 15 employees (both permanent and flexible). Together, you will ensure that all packages are dispatched on time and correctly.

Your Shift Includes Two Key Phases:

Out for Delivery (until approximately 11:00 AM)
You will oversee the loading and departure process, ensuring that drivers leave on time, monitoring progress, and intervening immediately in case of delays or disruptions. Thanks to your leadership, everything will run tightly and efficiently.
IHP Process (approximately 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
After the peak, you will address any discrepancies, such as damaged shipments or relabeling. You will guide your team to process as many packages as possible on the same day.

During Your Shift:

You will guide, coach, and motivate your team on the floor.
You will monitor your KPIs, including throughput time, quality, and productivity.
You will respond quickly to bottlenecks and escalations.
You will ensure a clear start and handover at the beginning of the day.
You will maintain oversight of planning, safety, and quality.
You will look beyond today by analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing concrete actions to make operations smarter and more efficient.

As a Montage Technician, you will install light signage, directional signs, and digital solutions that help people navigate. You will work in various environments, including schools, healthcare institutions, offices, and airports. Your key responsibilities will include:Installing and assembling indoor and outdoor directional signage at diverse locations;Applying films to various surfaces with precision and care;Assembling fabric frames for acoustic and visual applications in various spaces;Resolving issues with signage at external locations;Installing and assembling facade advertising at external sites, ensuring a neat finish.You will work 40 hours per week, with your working days being Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.What We OfferAs a Montage Technician, you will enjoy a varied job role with comprehensive internal training.
