Your Role

From our warehouse, we supply a diverse array of orders to over 70 Van der Valk hotels, ranging from tea to ice cream, and from candy to soup. As the demand for our products continues to grow, your role as a Logistics Team Leader will be crucial in ensuring that all logistical processes run smoothly to deliver orders on time. This includes overseeing incoming and outgoing goods, order picking, dispatching, warehouse layout, and returns sorting. You will collaboratively drive these processes, proactively contributing ideas and taking the initiative to elevate our warehouse operations. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure accurate and timely recording of goods movements in our warehouse management system (WMS).

Will you ensure that all hotel orders are fulfilled together with your team?

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will manage a team of 15 employees. You will assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure the quality of work remains high. Continuous development of your team members is a priority. You will regularly engage in discussions to assess how you can support their growth. Your presence on the floor is essential, especially during busy periods when you will assist colleagues. In cases of escalation, you will be the primary point of contact. If solutions are elusive, you will liaise with the logistics supervisor to resolve issues.

The distribution team currently comprises 30 colleagues who collaboratively manage the entire logistical process for our hotels. We operate in a culture of openness, fostering an environment where everyone supports each other and questions can be freely asked, often accompanied by a good laugh.

If so, read on and become our new Montage Technician!Your ResponsibilitiesIn this technical role, you will be trained to become the best assembly technician in the Netherlands. As a Montage Technician, you will install light signage, directional signs, and digital solutions that help people navigate. You will work in various environments, including schools, healthcare institutions, offices, and airports. Your key responsibilities will include:Installing and assembling indoor and outdoor directional signage at diverse locations;Applying films to various surfaces with precision and care;Assembling fabric frames for acoustic and visual applications in various spaces;Resolving issues with signage at external locations;Installing and assembling facade advertising at external sites, ensuring a neat finish.You will work 40 hours per week, with your working days being Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.What We OfferAs a Montage Technician, you will enjoy a varied job role with comprehensive internal training.
