We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $15, with ample opportunities for growth based on your performance. Here’s how quickly you can enhance your earnings:

  • Pay Range: $15-$16 hourly
  • Initial Pay: $15/hr
  • At 3 Months: $15.25/hr
  • At 6 Months: $15.50/hr
  • At 9 Months: $15.75/hr
  • At 12 Months: $16/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $15/hr to $16/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which includes four merit opportunities each year. Eligible team members may receive an additional $0.25 increase every 90 days!

We are looking for proactive, energetic team players who will:

  • Inspect each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues.
  • Regularly wash and vacuum all inventory.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections on incoming inventory, including checking fuel levels, safety features, drivability tests, and ensuring compliance with all company and state disclosures.
  • Foster positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management across all departments.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
