Earn as You Grow!
We offer a starting hourly rate of $15, with the potential for significant raises based on your performance. Here's how your earnings can progress:
- Pay Range: $15-$16/hour
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
- After 3 Months: $15.25/hour
- After 6 Months: $15.50/hour
- After 9 Months: $15.75/hour
- After 12 Months: $16/hour
In your first year, you can progress from $15 to $16 per hour with our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit increases annually. Eligible team members can receive an additional $0.25 raise every 90 days!
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who can:
- Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues
- Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
- Conduct multi-point inspections on incoming inventory, including checking fuel levels, safety features, and proper display of all disclosures
- Foster positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
- Communicate effectively with team members and management across all business lines
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
