YOUR MISSION

Design, develop, and operate Microsoft 365 solutions that integrate SPFx, Power Platform, and copilots/agents through Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, ensuring robust governance, security, and adoption.
Transform business needs into intelligent, measurable, and secure experiences within the M365 ecosystem (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).

M365 Development: Create web parts SPFx (using React/TypeScript), extensions, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, custom connectors), plus integrate Microsoft Graph.
Copilot & Agents: Design business copilots in Copilot Studio (actions, connectors, M365 data), manage prompts, safeguards, and governance (roles, DLP).
Grounding & Data: Ensure controlled exposure of sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 files).
Security & Compliance: Integrate M365 policies (DLP, retention), adhere to Copilot deployment standards, and promote responsible AI usage practices.
DevOps & Industrialization: Utilize Azure DevOps (SPFx, Power Platform Solutions) for packaging and version control.
Adoption & Value: Participate in Copilot ideation workshops, measure adoption and impact, and curate a library of prompts and agent patterns.
