About the Team:
Join our dedicated Automation team at BTG Pactual, where we focus on integrating data, machine learning, and intelligent agents to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency at the largest investment bank in Latin America. We develop advanced models, analyses, and tools that support strategic decision-making and impact various business areas.
As a member of the Data & AI team, you will be involved in creating machine learning models, developing applications with intelligent agents, conducting exploratory analyses, and delivering ad-hoc analytical projects. You will work closely with business areas to understand their needs, propose data-driven solutions, and transform requests into high-impact analytical products.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Create, train, validate, and tune supervised and unsupervised models to solve real business challenges.
- Intelligent Agents Application: Design and implement solutions using autonomous agents and advanced AI tools for analytical automation and decision-making.
- Exploratory Analyses: Conduct statistical studies and data explorations to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Ad-hoc Analytical Deliveries: Provide on-demand analyses catering to various departments with diagnostics, insights, and data-based recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business experts, Product Owners, engineers, and other teams to convert requirements into comprehensive and functional analytical solutions.
- Quality and Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and standards, ensuring organization, version control, and proper code review and maintenance practices.
- Documentation: Develop technical documentation on models, analyses, workflows, and methodological decisions, ensuring ease of maintenance and evolution of solutions.
