THE TEAM AND ROLE
In the position of Machine Learning Engineer (All Genders), you will play a crucial role in integrating intelligent systems into clinical environments. Working alongside our interdisciplinary development teams, you will focus on building and deploying scalable machine learning models, with direct access to extensive medical datasets, state-of-the-art models, and high-performance computing resources. This presents a unique opportunity to influence how AI reshapes daily medical workflows.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the core development team to implement machine learning solutions in production
Design and train machine learning models on large-scale clinical datasets
Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing medical workflows
Utilize Federated Machine Learning frameworks for privacy-conscious model training
Work in partnership with leading academic and research institutions
Take advantage of high-performance computing infrastructure to develop robust ML pipelines
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong programming skills; contributions to GitHub are a plus
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain), particularly with LLMs and ASR Models
Publications in leading conferences or evidence of cutting-edge results in applied ML (e.g., Speech Recognition, NLP) are advantageous
Genuine interest in new technologies and their application to real-world challenges
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
