Your Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our engineering team, you will architect and implement production-grade systems that seamlessly integrate machine learning models into scalable software pipelines. Your work will involve developing and deploying features that utilize machine learning to address real-world optimization and prediction challenges, leveraging modern infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, AWS, and MLOps frameworks. You will approach challenges with a software engineer's perspective, emphasizing robustness, maintainability, and scalability.


What We Look For:

  • Expertise in Python and familiarity with production ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs in production settings, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, and frameworks like LangChain.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and best practices in software engineering.

  • Knowledge of classical ML concepts and deep learning, with a focus on transformer architectures and MLOps.

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable and reliable production ML systems with sophisticated data pipelines, including proficiency with tools like Apache Beam, MLflow, and others.

  • Dedication to high-quality ML engineering practices, including data versioning, experiment tracking, model governance, and automated testing pipelines.

  • A preference for simplicity and clarity when tackling complex problems.

  • Intellectual curiosity paired with a collaborative spirit.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
