Expertise in building predictive models utilizing behavioral data (e.g., churn prediction, user journey mapping, sales forecasting). Strong background with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. Experience in model training, versioning, and monitoring. Solid understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, SageMaker, and MLflow. Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect model outcomes to product and strategic objectives.
