What You Will Do
As a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Data team, both in terms of skills and size. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing the future direction of your expertise within Sia. Collaborating with our local team of Data Scientists, the French Data Engineering team, and various business units at Sia Global, you will engage in client projects while also developing innovative Sia AI solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading an internal team focused on the creation of AI products;
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team on client projects where your expertise shines;
- Making architectural and design choices for cloud environments;
- Developing production-ready ML/AI solutions with robust software engineering practices;
- Mentoring Data Scientists to enhance their models for production (including parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing, and wrapping);
- Conducting training sessions, leading internal meetings, and organizing external events;
- Participating in team discussions and workshops with clients;
- Publishing blog articles, presenting at conferences, and issuing press releases on your area of expertise.
