Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated experience working weekends. Proficient in operating complex machinery and equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in manufacturing. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report creation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with quality control standards and preventive maintenance practices. Technical certifications related to machine operation are preferred. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to commute to Norman, Oklahoma for weekend shifts.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 5 PM - 5 AM, plus overtime as required.
- Efficiently set up, operate, and monitor diverse manufacturing equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to ensure precise production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machinery.
- Perform quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet established specifications.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance production efficiency.
- Quickly identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues.
