Experience with Windows-based PC applications. Familiarity with electronics and pneumatics. Intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills for AC/DC circuits using a multi-meter. In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

Executing scheduled preventive maintenance and conducting audits.
Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment issues.
Providing recommendations regarding repair strategies and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Supporting Operators with minor maintenance tasks to enhance system efficiency while minimizing risks to safety and quality.
Troubleshooting equipment independently to resolve routine issues.
Conducting equipment rebuilds as necessary.
Maintaining comprehensive records of repairs, calibrations, tests, and standard setting processes.
Identifying and evaluating improvement opportunities that lead to measurable results.
Reviewing and interpreting performance data to implement performance enhancement activities.
Training fellow mechanics and assisting Level 2 & 3 Maintenance Mechanics, including the implementation of upgrades.
Assisting with general facilities maintenance and additional assigned duties.
Leading or assisting with local engineering upgrades and projects.
