What you will be doing:
As a Maintenance Renewal Representative at AvePoint, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our existing customers recognize the value of renewing their annual maintenance contracts, facilitating timely renewals. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, effective communication of value propositions, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage renewal sales for existing customers
- Ensure timely contract renewals
- Collaborate with sales executives on account management and new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, accounting) and external business partners
- Maintain diligence with sales forecasting and ongoing management
- Follow up persistently with customers until renewals are finalized
- Track cancellations and understand their reasons
- Stay updated on product offerings and pricing to effectively close sales
- Identify potential leads and transfer them to the sales department
