Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I who embodies a customer-first mindset and thrives on exceeding expectations. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership over their responsibilities. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, buildings, and various systems. Key responsibilities include plumbing, painting, flooring repairs, electrical work, and maintaining HVAC systems.
Please note: This is an on-site position that requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through direct interaction with residents and guests.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections as scheduled.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Repair equipment, machinery, and structures as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness of the building's interior and exterior, including machinery and equipment.
