Scope of Role
As a Managed Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' ITRS Products are consistently updated, fully operational, and correctly configured. You will partner with our clients to enhance their monitoring capabilities, maximizing the value they receive from our products.
In this role, you will report to our Service Delivery Manager and oversee all ITRS components within the client environment to ensure optimal functionality. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries about product usage, responding to modification requests, and managing configuration needs as required. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at upgrading and enhancing the client's monitoring environment.
Collaboration with our regional teams based in New York, London, Singapore, and Manila will be essential, as they serve clients utilizing our global Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ITRS components in the client environment, ensuring uptime and adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resolving issues with support as needed.
- Assist Clients by addressing queries and providing information on ITRS products, as well as implementing necessary changes to enhance monitoring for clients.
- Troubleshoot Client Incidents by investigating and resolving issues with ITRS components, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed.
