The Team:
The Managed Services organization plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and operational excellence of Ledger’s production platforms. The MS Operations team is tasked with maintaining service health, responding to incidents, and ensuring operational readiness. We collaborate closely with Platform Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to manage platforms and services effectively, addressing complex engineering issues when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Managed Services Operations function, overseeing personnel management, setting priorities, and ensuring operational accountability.
Provide technical leadership in operational architecture, tooling, automation, and incident management.
Ensure daily operational stability, readiness, and change validation for Ledger’s services.
Define and implement the on-call operating model; act as a key point of contact for operational issues.
