Qualifications
Collaborate with sales executives to identify opportunities and develop managed services solutions tailored to customer requirements. Engage in client-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations. Craft proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work that clearly communicate value. Architect managed services solutions across Verinext's offerings, including:Service Desk & NOCManaged Backup & Disaster RecoveryNetworking & Security (including Fortinet, SD-WAN, Firewall)Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS, Azure, private/hybrid)Observability, Automation, and ITSM process integrationEnsure designs are operationally feasible and in line with Verinext's service delivery capabilities. Work with service delivery and product management to enhance service offerings. Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for executive stakeholders. Establish trust with technical stakeholders by demonstrating a deep understanding of IT operations and governance. Influence long-term client strategies around managed services adoption. Stay updated on industry trends, including ITIL, ITSM, automation, cloud operations, and security frameworks. Contribute to the development of intellectual property, such as service frameworks and solution blueprints.
