Role overview
This Manager, Business Operations position sits within the Payroll Business Operations Team. The role focuses on establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) function. The work is fully remote within the EMEA region, with flexibility to set your own schedule. Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within HR tech, fintech, or software/technology sectors.
- Proven leadership skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical abilities.
- Technical understanding of software systems at scale.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
