We are searching for a Manager, Commercial Incentives to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and managing Deliveroo’s commercial compensation schemes, ensuring that our sales and account management teams are inspired and driven to achieve our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Commercial Operations team, your focus will be on delivering insights, learning, and the necessary infrastructure to empower our frontline teams worldwide. You will lead a Program Manager and Analysts to implement incentive schemes from start to finish.

  • Framework Design & Evolution: Spearhead the development of commission and KPI-based incentive schemes, establishing metrics, thresholds, and accelerators that align with our financial risk appetite.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the complete administration of payouts, ensuring that monthly and quarterly calculations are precise, timely, and respected by local leadership.

  • Performance Scenario Modeling: Leverage data to evaluate cost exposure and behavioral impacts, ensuring that incentive designs promote the desired outcomes across varying market conditions.

  • Modernization of Delivery Tools: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to transition from manual, spreadsheet-based processes to scalable, automated incentive systems.

  • Governance & Influence: Serve as the primary accountability point for incentive accuracy, cultivating strong relationships with local commercial leaders to ensure that schemes are clearly understood and effectively integrated.
