About the Team

The Centralized Insights & Analytics team at Mammoth Brands collaborates across functions to analyze our performance regarding retail and digital strategies, marketing investments, and customer engagement. The team is committed to delivering objective reporting and actionable insights for the Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands.

About the Role

As the Manager of Digital Analytics for Amazon, supporting Harry’s and Flamingo, you will be the primary analytics partner for our Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, diagnosing key drivers of change, and translating complex data into straightforward narratives that address "what happened, why, and what we should do next." You will oversee performance reporting, in-depth analyses, test-and-learn measurements, and forecasting support to identify opportunities and risks in advance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform insights into prioritized actions that influence channel strategy and drive growth. This position is based at our New York headquarters and reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Analytics - Amazon while working closely with the Harry’s and Flamingo Amazon 1P teams.
