About Solace

The U. S. healthcare system is fundamentally flawed, with 88% of adults lacking the necessary health literacy to navigate it independently. At Solace, we simplify this complexity by connecting patients with expert advocates, equipping them with the tools to make informed decisions and achieve better health outcomes.

Founded in 2022 as a Series C startup, we are supported by renowned investors like Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our dedicated U. S. team is lean, mission-driven, and rapidly expanding.

Solace is not a place for complacency; we are here to revolutionize healthcare, which requires urgency, precision, and empathy. If you are eager to challenge yourself, enhance your skills, and contribute to meaningful work alongside a passionate team, you've found your fit. We thrive on intensity, and we embrace it wholeheartedly.

About the Role

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Solace, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. You will oversee forecasting, reporting, and analysis that empower the company to make informed decisions swiftly. Your ability to transform complex inputs into coherent models and narratives will be essential in aligning leadership on our business dynamics, changes, and strategic responses.

We seek a proactive individual who takes ownership, learns quickly, and enjoys being hands-on. You will collaborate across teams, enforce rigor without hindering progress, and contribute to the growth of the FP&A function.

This role is ideal for the ambitious and inquisitive, who welcome constructive feedback. It offers unique visibility to our CFO and significant opportunity for professional growth.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance in Redwood City, CA, three days a week.
