Fully qualified ACCA/ACA. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. Significant experience in finance or accounting/auditing with exposure to global businesses. Extensive knowledge of Fund Accounting for Private Equity and Real Estate Funds is essential; experience in Fund Administration is a plus. A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience is preferred. Proficiency in PE and RE fund accounting, reporting, waterfall calculations, and IFRS is required. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Paxus, eFront, and Excel, are crucial. Demonstrated people management and supervisory experience with at least 3 years in a management role is necessary.
