The Manager of Growth Analytics is pivotal in driving insightful research and consultation for our agency and advertising clients. This position entails actively contributing to the development of research strategies and measuring ad effectiveness across client campaigns, facilitating in-flight optimizations, and deriving overarching insights to guide future planning. Clients in this role are highly engaged and strategically inclined, relying on our expertise to enhance their business outcomes. The generation and delivery of actionable, data-driven insights are essential to our operational success.
This role demands proficiency in utilizing both our proprietary ad effectiveness tools and third-party vendor solutions to assess the impact of advertising on client businesses. Additionally, it requires a nuanced understanding of the strategic communications needs of client advertisers, aligning these with the daily challenges of media planning, buying, and particularly performance measurement and media optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data ETL processes to analyze client business states across diverse systems, channels, and data sources including paid search, display media, websites, social media, advertising campaigns, offline media, brand sales, and brand equity.
- Deliver insightful analyses that construct a comprehensive narrative around media metrics and data trends.
- Utilize independent, critical thinking to uncover media and marketing communication opportunities that drive business results.
- Craft engaging reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, employing compelling storytelling techniques.
- Ensure data accuracy across the analytics team.
- Assess the effectiveness and performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Assist in the development and communication of KPIs, research studies, and measurement plans.
- Leverage syndicated and proprietary research tools to support agency and client stakeholders.
