This position is part of our innovative New Verticals team, established in 2020 with the mission of delighting customers and fostering local economies beyond the restaurant sector. Since its inception, we have successfully introduced Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMarts, while also enhancing merchant services, dasher tools, and consumer products. This specific team is dedicated to exploring new opportunities, with a key focus on Consumer Financial Products and Services.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Manager to spearhead the growth of the DoorDash Gift Card program. You will be responsible for both the external growth strategy and the internal execution that drives it. This role lies at the intersection of business development, strategy & operations, and analytics, giving you end-to-end ownership over initiatives designed to expand distribution, boost awareness, and enhance gift card sales.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Partnerships to design, launch, and refine campaigns aimed at acquiring new gift card users. You will implement new features to enhance the in-app gift card purchasing journey, establish off-platform partnerships to increase visibility during critical seasonal periods, and team up with Marketing to execute impactful holiday campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager/GM of our Consumer Financials team, you will operate as an individual contributor. Our work environment is hybrid, allowing for both in-person collaboration and remote work.

- Influencing Across the Organization: You will shape the growth strategy for DoorDash Gift Cards, acting as the ambassador for the program to merchants and securing new placements and marketing opportunities across both online and physical channels.
- Innovative Campaign Development: You will lead the charge in launching new promotional initiatives, enhancing user engagement and expanding brand reach.
