Precision for Medicine is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Manager of Site Contracts Management to become a vital part of our European team. This role offers the flexibility of being fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Serbia.

Position Overview:

In this integral position, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations, legal, HR, and finance to equip the Site Contracts team with the necessary tools to expedite contract delivery while ensuring alignment with established study timelines. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating contracts as needed and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to corporate strategic initiatives such as the Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-up, playing a key role in the SSU Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and establish efficient processes for site contract management at the regional level.
  • Manage a team of contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business initiatives, forecasting, and planning for upcoming work.
  • Engage in discussions regarding resource needs and future planning for site contract structures.
  • Report on and manage contract metrics, including site contract productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Address and resolve complex issues involving legal, finance, or supervisory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including confidentiality agreements and clinical study agreements.
  • Oversee the execution of agreements at the portfolio level based on study contract plans.
  • Maintain and manage contract files and databases, ensuring proper archiving.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for timely contract execution.
  • Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in both internal and external meetings, including client interactions.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
