- Engage in proactive client development through cold calling, saturation exercises, and other lawful methods to foster and strengthen client relationships.
- Collaborate with our Market Analyst team to prepare comprehensive submissions for clients, including project briefs, case studies, and thorough technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
- Develop and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Coordinate and oversee site inspections for clients, ensuring a thorough and informative experience.
- Manage documentation pertaining to transaction management, including building options lists, requests for proposals, letters of intent, and more.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of brokers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Partner with our Client Engagement Coordinator to provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
- Organize and participate in various client engagement activities to enhance client relationships.
