Our German practice is driven by seasoned Managing Directors who specialize in advisory services encompassing Restructuring, Debt Advisory, and Value Creation.
As part of our Value Creation service line, the Procurement Consulting team is passionate about enhancing our clients' results through optimized purchasing strategies, cost reductions, and effective supplier relationship management, ultimately improving costs, liquidity, and investments.
In the role of Manager within the Procurement Consulting team, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues to manage international and domestic procurement projects while elevating Interpath's profile as a premier provider of Value Creation advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing current procurement processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Identifying improvement opportunities by analyzing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks across procurement, logistics, planning, and distribution.
- Designing and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies that ensure compliance and positively impact EBITDA, working capital, and operational KPIs.
