Join Forvis Mazars Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur as we expand our operations! We are seeking a Manager (H/F) for a permanent position in our Nice office.
In this role, you will engage in a variety of audit missions for a diverse portfolio of prestigious regional clients and large international groups within the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region:
- Legal audits (statutory audits)
- Contractual audits
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a client portfolio for both legal and contractual audit missions;
- Organizing, planning, and steering audit missions;
- Ensuring the effective execution of missions while adhering to timelines and budgets;
- Providing technical supervision, mentoring, and professional development for your team members (junior and senior levels);
- Maintaining strong client relationships;
Thanks to our unique principle of non-specialization, you will have the opportunity to grow and enhance your skills across various sectors (Real Estate, Industry, Services, Public Sector).
You will also contribute to the development of our regional office in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur by:
- Providing close management to your teams;
- Leading transversal initiatives such as planning, recruitment, and training;
- Driving the commercial development of our client portfolio.
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to participate in occasional Transaction Services missions (due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, etc.) and advisory services (financial transformation...).
