Precision for Medicine is on the lookout for a skilled Manager of Site Contracts Management to enhance our dynamic European team. This role is fully remote and can be performed from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Serbia.

Position Summary:

As the Manager of Site Contracts Management, you will collaborate closely with various teams including Study Start Up, Clinical Operations, legal, HR, finance, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to equip the Site Contracts team with the necessary tools to expedite the delivery of Site Contracts while ensuring that all deliverables align with the established study timelines. This role may also involve contract negotiations and maintaining relations with key clients. Additionally, you will participate in strategic corporate initiatives for the Start Up group, such as the Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-up, and become an integral part of the SSU Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review, update, and establish processes and procedures for effective site contract management at the regional level.
• Manage a team of contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources for new business opportunities, while forecasting and planning current and anticipated workloads.
• Engage in discussions regarding resource needs and future planning for site contract structures.
• Report and manage contract metrics, including the productivity of the site contracts function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Tackle and resolve complex issues in collaboration with legal, finance, or supervisors.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements, including confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
• Oversee the execution of agreements at the portfolio level based on each study contract plan.
• Manage the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely contract execution.
• Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in both internal and external meetings.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
