Precision for Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Site Contracts Management to become a pivotal part of our European team. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, applicable to candidates located in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Serbia.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments including Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations, Legal, HR, and Finance, ensuring that the Site Contracts team is equipped with the necessary tools to deliver contracts efficiently while adhering to defined study timelines. You will play a crucial role in negotiations with clients and support strategic initiatives for the Start-Up group, such as the Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-Up, as part of the SSU Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and establish procedures for effective site contract management at a regional level.
  • Manage a team of contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business initiatives, forecasting, and planning current and expected workloads.
  • Engage in discussions regarding resource needs and future planning of site contract structures.
  • Report on and manage contract metrics to assess the productivity of the site contracts function.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contract standards.
  • Address and resolve complex issues in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
  • Oversee the execution of agreements at the portfolio level according to study contracts.
  • Manage the maintenance of contract files and databases, ensuring proper archiving.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of policies for timely contract execution.
  • Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
