Demonstrated experience with pharmaceutical launches, including segmentation, performance tracking, and KPI design. Proficient in Snowflake with a solid understanding of data modeling and performance considerations. Strong knowledge of Power BI's semantic layer and visualization capabilities. Proven track record of managing product backlogs and executing roadmaps. Ability to work independently in greenfield or build-from-scratch environments.

We are looking for a dynamic Manager or Senior Manager with a robust background in Life Sciences and substantial hands-on experience in commercial analytics. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of a Kidney Commercial Data Product to support an upcoming pharmaceutical launch. You will lead a small, dedicated team in designing and building a Snowflake-native, Power BI–integrated data product from inception to launch, focusing on data product ownership, metric design, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Life Sciences stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of the commercial data product for the kidney launch, from vision to execution.
  • Convert launch strategies into segmentation frameworks, KPIs, and data products utilized by commercial leadership.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics divisions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with launch milestones. Work closely with the engineering team to design scalable Snowflake-native data models.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Power BI's semantic model, including measures, relationships, and performance.
  • Facilitate self-service analytics through well-structured datasets rather than just dashboards.
  • Establish governance for KPIs, track adoption, and define success metrics for the product.
  • Lead a small cross-functional team comprising data engineers and analysts.
  • Operate within an agile delivery framework, ensuring clear sprint outcomes and visibility for executives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
