Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support finance transformation efforts, including the documentation, analysis, and redesign of accrual and cost allocation methodologies, fostering a more data-driven and transparent accounting framework. Conduct in-depth data analysis and testing on cost, accrual, and cost-driver datasets to ensure the accuracy of methodologies, calculations, and management reporting outputs. Design and enhance management information (MI) frameworks, encompassing Cost of Income (CoI) reporting and related analytics. Document comprehensive finance processes (accruals, cost allocation, reporting), pinpointing and executing process reengineering opportunities to boost efficiency, controls, and data integrity. Identify and facilitate process automation prospects, including requirements gathering, solution design, planning, and implementation, in close collaboration with technology and data teams. Develop and uphold robust controls, operating procedures, and documentation, including the establishment of a unified invoice inventory with corresponding governance and reporting. Ensure all finance processes and MI outputs are well-controlled, audit-ready, and scalable. Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology, and Operations, delivering clear communication, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Support delivery planning, workstream leadership, and project execution.
