Proven experience in structuring and negotiating partnership, embedded, reseller, and channel agreements is essential. Strong understanding of commercial law and experience in managing complex legal projects. Ability to provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders while balancing risk and opportunity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification and valid bar admission.

Your Role

This is an exhilarating opportunity to join Remote as a Managing Counsel - Partnerships, where you can make a significant impact within the global HR-tech landscape. We are in search of a seasoned and commercially astute attorney who is eager to contribute to our mission: to deliver pragmatic and innovative legal solutions for Remote's products and stakeholders while safeguarding the organization from unacceptable risks. This role is a senior individual contributor role that does not entail managerial responsibilities, situated within the Employment, Product, and Commercial Legal sub-team.

As a senior legal professional, you will primarily support our global partnership agreements, including embedded, reseller, and various channel arrangements. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the EMEA sales team, collaborating closely with the existing EMEA sales and DP counsel to ensure seamless regional support.

Our well-established Legal team consists of friendly, talented, and highly motivated lawyers from diverse countries, and we are looking for a perfect fit to join us.
