The Opportunity
Human Agency is an AI-focused consultancy that collaborates closely with our clients to build, deploy, and operate effective AI systems. We don’t merely provide advice from the sidelines , we integrate ourselves within enterprise organizations and implement production AI systems that deliver tangible results.
Currently, we are engaged with one of the largest privately held construction firms in the United States, focusing on LLM orchestration, document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise integration. We are not about strategy documents or innovation labs. We deliver systems that perform.
