We are in search of a Managing Staff Mechanical Engineer who will spearhead the mechanical engineering initiatives for innovative robotic capital equipment in an exciting new clinical application.

Adopt a “player-coach” approach; engage in tackling complex technical challenges with creativity, rigorous engineering analysis, and rapid design iteration.
Manage all stages of mechanical design, from prototype development to testing and validation, ensuring durable and reliable products.
Direct cross-functional projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks to meet aggressive development objectives.
Contribute to strategy formulation and execution for product development, regulatory submissions, and intellectual property generation.
Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the team and across departments.
Serve as a key technical resource, resolving intricate design and manufacturing issues while integrating inputs from various disciplines.
Provide updates on team progress and risks to senior management, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
