Project Coordination & ExecutionFacilitate comprehensive engineering activities throughout data center construction, from initial design to final commissioning.Collaborate with M&E consultants and contractors to ensure all engineering deliverables align with project specifications and design intent.Examine technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submissions for both mechanical and electrical systems.Oversee site progress, conduct inspections, and guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Technical ExpertiseOffer specialized knowledge in mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, fire suppression) or electrical systems (MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, BMS/EPMS).Assess and resolve engineering challenges, providing effective corrective solutions as necessary.Assist with testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and confirm system performance against design criteria.Project Management SupportSupport the Project Manager in monitoring schedules, milestones, risks, and overall work progress.Validate contractor claims, manage variation orders, and aid in cost control initiatives.Maintain precise documentation, site reports, and change records.Compliance & StandardsEnsure all mechanical and electrical work adheres to local Thai regulations, environmental standards, safety requirements, and international data center benchmarks.Work in conjunction with QA/QC teams to guarantee high-quality workmanship across all trades.
