KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUtilize NPI expertise to transition electromechanical products from prototype to mass production, focusing on design optimization and supply chain scalability. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, taking ownership of the entire manufacturing value chain for complex products. Lead and coordinate the installation of new manufacturing systems while effectively communicating project updates and manufacturing changes to stakeholders. Enhance manufacturing processes through automation and integrated workflows. Create process flows that simplify large assemblies into manageable subassemblies and processes.

JOIN OUR TEAM

The Sentry Manufacturing team at Anduril Industries is on the lookout for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with significant experience in New Product Introduction (NPI). Our team is responsible for the rapid design and production of state-of-the-art defense hardware, encompassing both fixed and mobile systems aimed at enhancing force protection and counter-UAS operations. This role requires comprehensive involvement across the manufacturing value chain, which includes Design for Manufacturability (DFM), tool selection and design, process creation and optimization, supplier engagement, quality planning, and documentation for the products you oversee.
